Edward will lead a culinary journey, marrying locally sourced ingredients for a menu inspired and expertly paired to the Pennant distillery range. Think martini’s with oyster’s, Kingfish with a juniper spiked vinaigrette and other dishes packed full of flavour.
The night will be hosted by Cameron Shaw, the mastermind & owner of Pennant.
