This New Year’s Eve, HNLY invites you to celebrate Midnight in Mykonos – an elevated coastal soirée inspired by the rhythm, elegance, and spirit of the Greek islands.
On Wednesday 31st December 2025, from 8:00pm to 1:00am, HNLY transforms into an Aegean-inspired setting overlooking Henley Beach, blending Mediterranean hospitality, refined dining, and a vibrant late-night atmosphere to welcome the arrival of 2026.
Guests will be greeted with a Hellenic-inspired welcome cocktail by 23rd Street Distillery, setting the tone for an evening of indulgence. The night unfolds with a four-course Mediterranean feast, curated to celebrate bold flavours, seasonal produce, and shared coastal dining.
As the evening progresses, N Y K will curate the soundtrack throughout the night, building energy and atmosphere as we move toward midnight. At the turn of the year, guests will join together for a countdown celebration accompanied by a glass of Louis Roederer Champagne, marking the moment in true Mykonos style.
Midnight in Mykonos is designed as a complete New Year’s Eve experience, relaxed yet refined, festive yet considered and perfect for those looking to celebrate by the sea with exceptional food, music, and company.
